Assistant Manager (Marketing & Operation)

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Timely planning, execution and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions, travelling to the ground and executing the fieldwork

– People, Assets and Collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions

– Publishing Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per project

– Driving Cost and Timeliness in the assigned projects

– Regular feedback to the Field Force to take corrective actions on gaps identified

– Knowledge management and corrective action plan

– Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc. to drive business objectives

– Identify process gaps, suggest, and implement process improvement

– Ensuring timely expense and salary processing of the field force

– Analysing new trends in the market and developing new features around them

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from reputed institutions (MBA preferable)

-Professionals with 0-2 years of work experience

– Team Handling, Planning, Execution, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Communication Skills (verbal and written), Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Exposure to Project Management Tools and Techniques, Ability to Multitask and Work Efficiently under pressure.
